Application Intake Date
Vendor application and selection process
Vendor applications will be available by mid/late August. All vendors have to submit an application via online portal. Make sure to include all products that you intend to sell and upload photos and required licences. Once submitted please pay the application fee. the vendor selection committee will review your application and you will be notified once approved.
Cost and Stall Size Range
Daily drop-in:$35+ GSTFull season: $385+ GST for 1 8ft table, $35 application fee that covers both winter and summer applications
Re-selling allowed
The event is looking for vendors in specific categories
Special Policies
The winter 25/26 policies will be available by mid/late August. Some re-selling of fresh produce is allowed, please review the policies for further details.
