Application Intake Date
Vendor application and selection process
Choose Full time, Alternating or Occasional, then visit our website to download and complete our application. Submit it with any required documents that food or alcohol vendors must. Payment by e-transfer does complete the application process.
Once the deadline of March 31st yearly passes. The Directors will then approved and selected this year’s current vendors, an email will follow to announce your selection status. If you are an alternate vendor you will then be paired with your market partner and a schedule is agreed upon.
Cost and Stall Size Range
Full time $205yr, Alternating $135yr, Occasional $25 per visit for a 10×10 stall

No power is able to be provided but generations may be used with permission from the Market Manager.

Special Vendor Requirements
Food Related Vendors Must provide Liability Insurance, Current Food Safe or a Market Safe Certificate, High Risk Health Permit if required.
Alcohol Vendors Must provide Liability Insurance, Current Serving it Right for the sales personnel attending and BC Liquor Authorization Permit
