Vendor application and selection process
All vendors must submit an application using the link below or email me directly @ vendors@dunnfolkinaround.ca .
Please be sure to include a detailed description of what you will be selling, along with photos and/or your website or social media links so we can review your products.
Once we have reviewed your application, we will notify you to let you know whether you have been approved.
Cost and Stall Size Range
$200 includes a 10×10 vendor space and weekend admission for two adults

Special Policies
Help us keep our property clean by using recycling bins, compost, and proper garbage bins. Pack out what you pack in.
No glass, please! Please bring reusable cups, dishware, food containers
Smoke in designated smoking area
Clean up after yourself and others. This is our home, and property. We’re not your mother!
After the music is over, please be respectful to your camping neighbours. Some festies actually need sleep!
Our home, and cabins are off limits. Please respect our space, as we’re trusting you to be here. Obey all signs and fencing.
Be bear-aware. We live in their hood. But they can’t afford our ticket prices, so let’s keep em out.
Please keep campfires to designated fire rings, and be cautious. It’s a privilege to have them, so don’t folk it up! ABSOLUTELY no fires in parking areas.
Zero tolerance for drug use, or excessive alcohol consumption. This is not that kind of festival. Don’t be “that guy”. If it becomes a problem, security or RCMP may be involved.

Special Vendor Requirements
1.Vendor Fee
The cost to vend at the event is $200. This fee includes:
oOne 10’ x 10’ booth space
oTwo (2) weekend passes, including camping
If this fee is affecting your decision to attend Dunn Folkin’ Around?, please reach out to us. We want you here and are happy to discuss alternative arrangements.
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
2.Application Deadline & Payment
All vendor applications must be received no later than March 31, 2026, along with payment via e-transfer to:
info@dunnfolkinaround.ca
Vendors will receive their wristbands/passes upon arrival. Please email your completed contract to us in advance, or bring a printed copy with you to the festival.
Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment has been received, including in the event of cancellation by the Vendor.
3.Power Requirements
Please note that Dunn Folkin’ Around? is a small-scale festival with limited power supply. Vendors with lower power requirements will be prioritized.
You must inform us of your power needs in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made. Thank you for your understanding.
4.Vendor Setup
Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including:
oShelter/tent
oTables
oLighting
oAny other setup needs
5.Check-In
Upon arrival, all vendors must check in with the Vending Coordinator before setting up.
6.Arrival & Setup Time
Vendors are required to arrive midday on Friday, May 8, 2026.
oSetup must be complete and booths ready by 4:30 PM
oMusic and festival programming will begin shortly after
To avoid traffic during the event, all vendors must be fully set up on Friday.
No single-day setups are available.
If a later setup time is required, please contact: vendors@dunnfolkinaround.ca in advance.
7.Camping
Vendors are permitted to set up tents within their booth spaces. Additional camping will be available near the vending area.
8.Alcohol & Drugs
No alcohol or drugs are permitted in vendor booths.
9.Dogs
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leash at all times.
10.Clean-Up
Please leave your site clean. Leave no trace.
11.Vendors are strongly encouraged to obtain their own liability insurance for the duration of the event to protect themselves and their business.

LIABILITY AGREEMENT
The Vendor assumes full responsibility and liability for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from or related to the Vendor’s sale of wares or activities at Dunn Folkin’ Around?.
The Festival shall not be responsible or liable for:
•Loss or damage to the Vendor’s equipment, property, or personal effects
•Injury to the Vendor or any third party
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dunn Folkin’ Around?, its organizers, and presenters from any and all claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the Vendor’s participation in the Festival.
