The Reel Christmas Market draws a diverse and vibrant crowd of locals and visitors alike, creating a warm and welcoming holiday atmosphere. The market primarily attracts families, couples, and friend groups in their 20s to 50s who are looking to support local makers, enjoy festive food and drinks, and soak up the cozy, rustic vibe. Many attendees are young professionals, and parents with children, as well as holiday shoppers seeking unique, handcrafted gifts. With its central location and known ambiance, the event is extremely anticipated by the community.

To apply for the market, please email Jade, at events@rusticreel.com.
Cost and Stall Size Range
$300 for both days / $175 for a one-day spots (limited availability)
Notes:
– Pets are welcome!
– Pet photos with Santa by donation (100% of proceeds going to Fletcher’s Keep Senior Dog Rescue)
– $5 entry or free with non-perishable food items for the COFB.
Re-selling allowed

Special Policies
Arrival & Setup:
– Upon arrival, an event staff member will direct you to your spot.
– Please unload quickly, then park before setting up. Vendor parking is located at the back of the Fortis building.
– All vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes prior to market opening.
– A complimentary drip coffee station will be available in the Beer Hall during setup — help yourself!
Vendor Space:
– Each vendor space is 10 ft wide x 5 ft deep.
– You may only use the back 5 ft of the space to allow guests to walk through. Vendors exceeding this limit will be asked to adjust their setup.
Food & Liquor Vendors:
– Food vendors: Ensure all permits are up to date and items are properly stored.
– Liquor vendors: Keep your Market Authorization and SIR numbers on hand for verification.
Ordering Food & Drinks:
– You’ll receive a Reel Christmas Market Mug with a food order sheet inside.
– To order food from the Taproom Kitchen:
Hand your order sheet and payment to an event staff member (wearing a staff vest), or bring it to the market entrance tent.
– Food will be delivered to your booth in a to-go container. Please be patient — the Taproom will be busy.
– Do not order at the main bar. Our market team will assist you directly.
– For mulled wine, cider, or food from outdoor stations, order at those locations.
– Vendors receive a 15% discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks (excludes alcohol). This discount is not available at the main bar.
– No alcohol may be taken between the Taproom and market areas.
