VENDOR FEE INCLUDES:
– opportunity to showcase and sell your handmade products
– feature on our Facebook and Instagram accounts as well as a highlight in our IG stories
– photo feature on our website with a direct link to your online shop (or webpage of choice)
– a digital vendor promotional kit
– printed flyers (mailed to you) to share with your current customers and to display at other events
– professional photos taken on market day of your booth/products/customers (*please note that the number of photos per vendor is not guaranteed)
– a REALLY FUN EXPERIENCE!
Vendor application and selection process
All applications will be accepted based on quality, uniqueness, booth design, and overall appeal towards the Wonderfully Made guest demographic.
ELIGIBILITY
Wonderfully Made accepts applications from artisans, artists, and independent food vendors of all disciplines who wish to sell consumer goods.
Our curated artisans are our top priority, therefore we do not accept or curate applications that include any products that are mass-manufactured without an element of handmade, made by an artisan outside your business, or made outside of Canada.
We may accept a small percentage of applications from locally owned businesses that offer services to our target audience. This may include boutiques or small shops that carry a variety of brands and private labels.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Our artisans are chosen separately for each event. Curating is a complicated process and, as we are honoured to receive many more applications for each event than we are able to host, unfortunately we have to decline many applications. You will only be notified if you have been selected to participate.
Once all booths have been confirmed, we will open our waitlist to accommodate another round of applications.

Special Vendor Requirements
Our curated artisans are our top priority, therefore we do not accept or curate applications that include any products that are mass-manufactured without an element of handmade, made by an artisan outside your business, or made outside of Canada.
Any vendor selling food products will be required to apply to Public Health for approval. The form will be emailed to you upon acceptance. Commercial/public health approved kitchens must be used for food preparation. Food prepared in home kitchens that are not certified will not be permitted. All vendors handling food products must maintain a high standard or personal hygiene and cleanliness and abide by the appropriate health and safety regulations.
All products being sold at the market must comply with applicable provincial and federal regulations regarding labeling, measures, health and safety, etc.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any and all required licenses, permits, inspections and certification for the products they will be selling.
